Our photos look magical! We have shared them with all our friends and family and everyone cannot believe how beautiful they turned out. Maggie was so wonderful at putting us at ease, and capturing some truly candid moments. We have nothing but the highest praise for everything she did. We will forever cherish these photos along with the memories we made that day. Maggie clearly love’s what she does and it shows! Can’t wait to have her photograph our journey in the future!

I don’t know what it is about Maggie, as soon as she lifts she camera there is a contagious energy that immediately eases any nerves. In our first intimate shoot, we were blown away with how amazing the experience was. Given the opportunity to shoot a second time, we couldn’t say YES fast enough!! I originally chose Maggie and Ben to take photos of my son and I because I loved their style and the locations I saw pictured in their portfolio. What I didn’t realize I would be receiving was a full on unique experience that was completely tailored to my exact vision. I felt so at ease, confident, and they made it extremely fun for my 5 year old. It was so natural and nothing posed; just us having fun. I am so grateful they were able to capture the bond my son and I have through their lens. Thanks to you both as I now have photos to cherish for a lifetime. 

There is no shortage of amazing things to say about working with Maggie. We both had nerves about being in front of the camera, as well as being able to make everything work with our daughter who’s only 18 months old and very busy. The minute we started, those nerves melted away and we all had so much fun! We followed the lead of our daughter and went where she went throughout the shoot. We got to do what we were comfortable with and just engage and laugh and play with our family! She captured PERFECTLY the sweet moments of us as a couple and a little family of three. We are so grateful to have these photos as memories we get to keep forever. We can’t say enough about how fun, down to earth, and amazing the whole experience was!

After getting married, Michael and I wanted to do a couples boudoir photoshoot! (Ok, admittedly ... I was the one who wanted to, it was his wedding present to me!) We were struggling to find a photographer who was committed and responsive because let’s face it.. we were a giant ball of nerves, and wanted answers right away. I made a post in a photography group looking for someone to do the shoot, I got A LOT of replies. If I am being COMPLETELY honest, Maggie was not my first choice as she didn’t have any photos of “plus size women in lingerie” and that was a huge fear of mine as it’s very easy to make us look unflattering in photos. After the initial photographer bailed the day of, I messaged Maggie apologizing and practically begging her to still shoot us. My husband is VERY shy, like if you don’t talk to him he won’t talk to you kind of shy, so I made sure Maggie knew that, and that this was his first photoshoot, he was SO nervous. She continually reassured us that we didn’t need to worry, and it would be amazing. We showed up and right away she asked us what we were comfortable with, if we had any photos of inspiration, and just surprised both of us with her professionalism. She offered us drinks right off the bat to help us calm down and get more “natural” she painted such a perfect picture and timeline with the photos and let us get comfortable with her and shooting together intimately. She made jokes, made us laugh, and had us just be “us” the experience was next to none, when we left my husband was SO happy and couldn’t stop talking about how Maggie made him feel so comfortable and that it wasn’t awkward at all. In that discussion we both said “regardless of how the photos turn out.. that was 100% worth it anyways” she sent us 5 sneak peaks within 24 hours because come on... who isn’t antsy and doesn’t want to see their photos like NOW lol. They were AMAZING, I loved every single sneak peak.. then about a week later we got our full album to choose our favourite and again... it was so hard narrowing it down! I’m a picky “picture taker” it has to be perfect for me to like them and there wasn’t a single photo that I didn’t like! My husband was a little shy and wasn’t sure if he wanted to post them online but when he saw them ... he posted them too! Which was a HUGE surprise ! Michael and I will for sure be shooting with Maggie again in the future, we’re now trying to conceive and Michael brought up having Maggie take our maternity photos once we get blessed with a pregnancy! Make sure Maggie is your first choice because it was the best “mistake” we ever made!
